  • Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • The original gift voucher must be presented at The Hills Lodge Hotel & Spa. The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date.
  • The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion.
  • No credit or change can be given on unused amounts.
  • Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, The Hills Lodge Hotel & Spa will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference.
  • Terms & Conditions of the actual booking depend on the rate chosen by the recipient upon redeeming their gift voucher with the Reservations team.
